Kubota Indonesia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Is looking for an experienced <strong>Finance Manager<\/strong> to drive finance operations of our business. <\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyzing competitors and market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk.<\/li>\n<li>Managing a company&#8217;s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.<\/li>\n<li>Managing budgets; cash flow ; internal control system.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.<\/li>\n<li>Arranging new sources of finance for a company&#8217;s debt facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Statutory organisations such as the Inland Revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors.<\/li>\n<li>Researching, analyzing, reporting on changes or factors influencing business performance and advising accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Formulating strategic and long-term business plans.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Male \/ Female, max 40 years old.<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary education in Accounting or related discipline with an internationally recognised accounting qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years accounting and auditing background with strong <strong>management reporting<\/strong> experience from a listed or sizeable firm.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of accounting, taxation and regulations<strong> are a<\/strong> <strong>MUST.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested parties, please send your updated resume to :<\/p>\n<p><strong>info @ptkubota.co.id<\/strong> <br \/>or <br \/><strong>PT.
